Birthday!

Went to Longbeach @ IMM on Saturday for my birthday dinner. Was good. :-)

CYAN Retreat

Was very good. At Gardenasia... nice huge villas, tiny pool. Retreat topic was Luke 9: 23-27. Spent lovely relaxing time doing all the things I never had time to do during term. Snoozing whenever I liked, praying, chatting with friends, having breakfast with friends, laughing, playing Settlers until 2:30 am, splashing around in the pool, praying quietly, having theological chats and discussions. Christian community living at its best. :-)

Yummy Indian

An Dian, Charmaine and I ate at Raffles Hotel yesterday. My first time there. Very, very yummy Northern Indian food. Lovely ambience, very cosy, light colours. Piano playing in the background. Great company and laughter. Relaxed, happy. The whole works.
